Post Project Implementation Questions For All Staff

What
Conduct individual interviews with directors, managers, and end users to gather their feedback and insights on the implementation experience. Use the provided interview questions as a guide to steer the conversation and collect valuable feedback.

When
Schedule 1:1 interviews with directors, managers, and end users approximately 2 weeks after the deployment of the new system. Encourage volunteers to identify themselves beforehand to ensure they keep important aspects in mind during the implementation.

Why
The interview serves as a means to gather feedback and insights from directors, managers, and end users regarding their experience with the newly implemented system.

How
Before the interviews, inform participants about the purpose and importance of their feedback in improving future projects. Encourage open and honest communication during the interview. Use the interview questions to guide the conversation, allowing participants to share their thoughts, challenges, and suggestions related to the implementation. Focus on aspects such as impact on productivity, recommendations for improvements, support received from the project team, unexpected aspects, technical difficulties, opportunities for feedback, overall experience, and communication effectiveness. Capture participants’ responses and insights during the interview to inform future actions and enhancements.

Note
Adapt the interview questions as needed to align with the specific context of your project and organization. Ensure that the questions facilitate an open dialogue and encourage participants to provide constructive feedback on their implementation experience.
